Middle School Experience
The Middle School experience at CSC allows for increased privileges and responsibilities for our students. There is a significant jump in coursework level and time in preparation for weekly classes. We strive to be academically rigorous while still accommodating the needs of all individual students. Middle Schoolers take 5-6 courses each year. For the 2023-2024 school year, we will be offering Bible Study Methods, General Science, Literature, Poetry/Speech, Heritage Studies and an Elective.
This year students participated in an Entrepreneurship program and launched real businesses within the community. The students learned about Marketing, Sales, Finance and Entrepreneurship through a hands-on program.
Students participate in a number of individual and group projects, a science fair, and many lively class discussions of the reading and work done at home throughout the week. Middle Schoolers also have additional events throughout the year for both social and development purposes.
